Our Return & Exchange Policy


If you're not in love with your purchase, we want to make you happy. Returns are allowed within 30 days from the purchase (shipment) date and exchanges within 60 days of the purchase (shipment) date for jewelry, and within 30 days from the purchase (shipping date for online orders) date for watches. Jewelry must be in good condition with all original certificates and accessories. Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange. Please note: We can handle a return at zuuro.com but exchanges must be done at one of our stores.

  • Jewelry must be in good condition and watches unworn, unaltered, and accompanied by the original packaging, warranty and instructions.
  • Returns and exchanges are not allowed on special ordered watches, custom designs, gift cards and merchandised received via the Jewelry Replacement Plan.
  • All refunds are credited to the same tender as the original purchase.
  • For Online Orders: We will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges.

Preparing Your Return By Mail


To return a shipped item to zuuro.com, please follow these steps:

  • Indicate the reason for your return in the Return Reason column on the package slip next to the item you're returning.
  • Include the packaging slip and all original documents in the package.
  • Put the pre-printed return label on the center of the box, and the pre-printed return address label on the top left corner of the box. This is not a pre-paid label.
  • Your packaging slip MUST accompany the return.
  • All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we process a refund.
  • We'll credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within three weeks of receiving your return.
  • Mail your return to Our address
