When can I contact the Concierge Service team?

Our advisors are here to help you. They will gladly respond to your inquiries and provide advice on your purchases. Our telephone service is operational from Monday to Saturday from 9AM to 7:30 PM JST. Our WhatsApp, live chat and email services are operational from Monday to Saturday from 9AM to 5 PM JST.

Do I have the ability to cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled up to approximately one hour after they are placed through the Order Status page on zuuro.com. If the option to cancel an order is not shown in the Order Status, the order has been transmitted to our fulfillment center and is no longer able to be cancelled. Note: Canceling an order or modifying an order may result in a pending hold on your bank-issued credit card or zuuro account. These holds will typically be released in 2-5 business days and may impact the amount you have available to purchase. The merchandise from a cancelled or modified order may not be available for immediate re-purchase.
